Her groundbreaking Ph.D. thesis, “Road Safety System and Post Crash Care Management Practices in India,” has made significant contributions to road safety practices.
She has achieved yet another milestone by becoming the first Asian woman elected as Director of the Board of the Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety in Switzerland.

Awarded for her contributions, she holds the Outstanding Young Management Teacher Award from AIMS International, USA, and the Paul T. Bruder Distinguished Author Award by the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Houston, Texas, USA. Specializing in HR&OB, Leadership Development, and Mental Health & Wellbeing, she conducts customized training for administrators, bureaucrats, and, law enforcement officers. Aditya Pathak has been a seasoned resource person in the field of Road Safety and Post Accident Management since 2005.
He initiated his career with community- based projects on National highways in Rajasthan & Haryana, supported by NHAI focusing on awareness and training to migrate road accidents. Later, he led operations at Axis banks Foundation's Highway Rescue Project in Rajasthan, providing post- accident care. Additionally he contributed to the People's Trust and Bridgestone Road Safety Education Program and served as a Resource Person for the Centre for Road Safety at Sardar Patel University of Police, Jodhpur, conducting Various

But what sets her apart that she is unstoppable even with more than 85% of her right shoulder covered with multiple titanium plates, screws & bolts. A fearless soul bouncing back from life threatening accident at 14,000 ft to pursue her passion in just 26 days.
